This Salt Lake mountain elopement happened in the springtime this past May. And let me tell you, eloping in the mountains of Utah in the springtime can be tricky! The weather is super unpredictable until around June or July, and this year was no exception. Because of the amount of snow we got last winter, we had a ton of flooding this past spring. Which lead to many roads and homes being damaged, or even washed away. And the snow stuck around for along time, which meant that there were still many roads that were inaccessible. So, if you are planning for a Salt Lake City mountain elopement in the spring, just keep these things in mind!
However, with all of that said, Anna and Jeackeal still had the most stunning mountain elopement just up one of the canyons in Salt Lake City. Because of all the rain and snow we got that winter and spring, the canyon exploded with the most vibrant greens I have ever seen in this usually dry desert climate!
Anna and Jeackeal had the most perfect weather on their elopement day. The sun was shining and it was a pretty warm day. These two had the most perfect ceremony with just them, the mountains, and two of my assistants as their witnesses. After their ceremony, we took some photos and then they had a picnic with cake to celebrate! Then we adventured around the canyon to take more photos and take in the beauty of the mountains.
