On the other side, Tiffany, a creative hair and makeup artist and officiant, who ensures every couple looks and feels their best while guiding them through their heartfelt and personalized ceremony.

Tiffany is an ordained officiant and can sign your marriage license (in most U.S. states) so you can keep your elopement as intimate as possible. However, some states, like Utah, require you to have two witnesses, and Brittany can be one of them!
